This project offers a fresh approach to student housing in an urban environment, integrating compact living spaces with large communal areas like a rooftop café and a gym to cultivate a vibrant student community.. Central to its design is a triangular atrium that floods the interior with light, alongside a rooftop divided into recreational, green, and seating areas, focusing on sustainability and social interaction. The exterior features a dynamic facade with lime green accents, capturing the energy of student life and emphasizing environmental consciousness with its green roofing and natural light optimization. The structure adapts to the urban landscape with multi-tiered communal spaces and an elevated southeast side, ensuring functionality without sacrificing aesthetics. This concept rethinks student living, providing a balance between private spaces and vibrant communal areas, setting a new standard for sustainable and community-focused student housing.
